Cannot seem to get EKOS to recognize my mount

Cannot seem to get EKOS to recognize my mount was created by Bruce Eppler

I was finally able to get SM to connect via wifi to my laptop and have set up my profile in EKOS for focus, camera, and guider but cannot for the life of me make it see my mount (iOptron 120). I tried connecting ethernet between mount and stellar mate, I tried USB and even RS 232 via USB converter but nothing seems to work. My mount has wifi, RS232, USB and ethernet connections. Any ideas of what I can try next would be very appreciated.

I managed to connect to my mount through the HC but cannot make the mount move in the mount control box in kstars.
