EQMod mount: (How to) Stop tracking after image sequence?

Hi,

this might be a stupid question (sorry if so), but is there a possibility to stop mount tracking after an image sequence? After finishing an (unattended) image sequence, I want the mount motion to stop to avoid possible collisions.

I tried setting a min Alt limit in the Ekos mount tab, but that only seems to prevent the mount to slew below that min altitude. When tracking an object and the object gets below the limit, tracking continues.

I'm using a HEQ-5 with the EQMod driver on a RPi 4 (Astroberry image).

Thanks for any help and CS
Bernd

You mean the “Park mount at HH:MM every day” function in the mount tab?

No. I was thinking of the settings in the scheduler.

I realize this is a month old - I'm new around here (and to Ekos) and I'm still finding threads relevant to me.

Can you set an Altitude limit in the mount (hand controller)? I have a CEM25p (uses EQMod driver) and I do not trust the Park command unless I'm right there able to shut it down if it starts heading for la-la-land instead of the home position. But I have tested Ekos tracking indoors at the horizon with a 5-deg Alt limit set in the mount HC, and it just stops tracking when it hits that limit and Ekos reports "Idle". So I am now less nervous about overnight imaging a target that will set before I get up in the morning.
