KStars 3.5.5 on Mac - Can't get catalogs to install was created by Ron Clanton

I've seen the earlier posts about reinstalling the catalogs after upgrading KStars.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled the catalogs several times, but they don't stay installed!  I even tried completely removing them, but it doesn't help.

Any suggestions?

Since I didn't get any response, I restored 3.5.4 to my Mac. All's good now.
