Not fresh SD card, I just pushed an update today (so update everything after fresh installation). It could be OnStep issue if the count-down works with other mounts?
Switching to beta seems to take forever in control panel. Is that normal?
It just switched, does that mean it updated or do i have use the update button on top of the control panel?
When i do that it says "up to date"
I'm having the Meridian counter not updating using OnStep, but with the nightly build on Ubuntu (not StellarMate).
The problem seems to occur when Tracking is turned on.
When Tracking is OFF, the Coordinates RA and LST update every second.
When Tracking is turned ON, the Meridian Flip counter updates but then doesn't change. I would then expect AZ and ALT to update frequently, but no Coordinates change.
Hi Jasem:
With myTeenAstro mount (derived from Onstep) I have the same issue since the January Kstars update: The meridian flip countdown does not work. It is indeed related to the driver, since with the telescope simulator it works. However the driver has not changed. So now Ekos seems to get the countdown info in some other way that it did before.
Now how do we go from here: I can change the driver so that it works with the new Ekos, but I need some info on what I should change. Any advice?
Thanks
François
