Hi!

I updated today from SM 1.7.4 to SM 1.7.5 and my Sesto Senso 2 focuser stopped working. It was working perfectly fine today just before the update.

When I try to move the focuser or even attempt calibration, I get the following message on the console:

12023-02-03T03:43:35: [ERROR] Required ("reg":{cmd":"MOT1 "CAL_FOCUSER""GoOutToFindMaxPos")} failed: ("res":(cmd": (MOT1*:#"?* 'Error: invalid command !!!}

Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Is focuser updated to latest firmware from primalucelab?

That does appear to be the new firmware, there were some issues:

www.indilib.org/forum/focusers-filter-wh...-github-release.html

But it is supposed to be resolved with an updated indi driver.

Hi Thomas,

I have not updated the focuser’s firmware. Just Stellarmate.

Thanks,

It stopped working for me after the stellarmate update.

Then I did the firmware update (hoping to fix it), but the calibration fails.

After a calibration with the primalucelab program (play under windows 10) the focuser moves without errors even in ekos (I dont' have tried the calibration under ekos after calibration under windows)

after reinstalling from scratch SM 1.7.5.

Maybe a bit late but I ran into the same problem. Updated my Sesto Senso 2 firmware using the Primaluce Play software (on windows). Works well now on my Stellarmate and Indi drivers.
