Stellarmate OS 1.4.4 whit Plasma Desktop was created by Andreas Willi

Hello !The last beta of stellarmate os for pi 4 works whit plasma.
It makes feeling the pi 4 is slower than my pi3+.
is there a way to tweak this slow OS ?
what will be if i deinstall the Plasma Desktop ? it will return to mate ? or it destroy the image ?

Strange as mine Is much quicker with this KDE desktop... :)
Don’t think you can just uninstall and go back to Mate...but I may be wrong on that one..

here the stellarmate hotspot have a different ip addres. not 10.250.250.1. how can i change it ?
second. automatic connect to my home network not works.
boot time is very long. i think to many usefull things are loading ^^

Why would you need to change the SM hotspot ip,
If you are connecting it to your home WiFi, then the hotspot will not show up, that only kicks in if no other connection is found..

i intall 1.4 3 again. maybe i will wait for 1.4.5. something doing wrong whit the hotspot mod. i need to connect via lan to start wifi. it was not comfortable.

Just add 10.250.250.1 /24 into stellarmate hotspot IPv4. I also realize that. :)

You need to connect via ethernet, or locally on the Pi with a monitor to the web gui to change wireless infrastructure settings

but i have only the option shared to computer. there is no way to set ip4 adress. it is grey.
btw. my zwo have on my pc arround 60 frp whit usb 2.
the pi 4 works whit 12 fps on usb 3.0.
any hint how make the pi 4 working a little faster ??

The latest version of SM for the rpi4 comes with plasma as standard now... :)

Unfortunately still no external WiFi support for the RTL88xxau chipset :-/
