Default Position for the Ekos or FITS Windows?

Is there a way to default the Position of the Ekos or FITS Windows?

I'm constantly having to drag the windows just below the toolbar. One of the last versions defaulted the windows position just below them.

Not a terrible thing, just a quick click and drag, but it it's needed to be done all the time. Sure would be nice for the windows to remember where I put them.

I'm not seeing the solution on that page or the thread. Seems more to do with the Right Click--GOTO object function. (I might have missed it)

I'm sorry, I wanted to post a link to the specific message....

[dammit, again it doesn't work. So here is the message text]:

I don't know about Stellarmate as I don't own one. But as far as I know its Linux based and every Linux should come with its own desktop (KDE/Gnome/etc.) that enables users to set fixed window positions.

Ah, its the window inside KStars.

See, the Ekos window sits just high enough to obstruct all the KStar buttons. I'm constantly have to drag it down a bit.

Ok, in KDE you should click at this window's top frame and you'll be presented with certain options to define window position and more... Should Stellarmate be based on something else, there still should be a simlilar option to define window positions.

It has something, but I see nothing that lets me define the window default position (or anything else like that).
