Just received my StellarMate Plus from OPT today. The device was not snapped together, and the computer board is not mounted to the base - none of the four screws are populated. This can't be the normal way you ship these things, is it?

I think the idea is that the board is held in place when the case is snapped together, and no screws involved...

Yeah, I think that might be the case - those holes are so tiny and taller than the board. Screws aren't going to do much good anyway. Seemed concerning that it was shipped disassembled and nothing holding the board in the case bottom. It's better once snapped together, but still moves in the case. Just curious if this was normal. Thanks for the response.
