Guiding to user specified position

Hi,

For my spectrography application, it would be useful to guide to a fixed user specified position
that matches the position of the fiber feeding light to the spectrograph.
What it be possible to add this to the Ekos guiding module?

Thanks,

How? guiding is done by identifying a centeroid and correcting for changes in its position. What do you have in your image?

What I would like to do is to set the pixel coordinates of the camera, e.g, (300,220), and let the guiding take care of keeping the centroid at this pixel position.

You can't select the centroid there now?

There are no text fields that I can edit in the Ekos guide tab to set the pixel coordinates at which the guide star should be kept on.
I can position the green box in the guide camera image in the FITS viewer at a specific pixel coordinate. However, this box is only
used to locate the guide star: as soon as guiding starts the box is centered on the star.
