At least on my system, the Flags tool window comes up in a quite small width, so the table of objects cannot be displayed in full.
Unfortunately, the label is the very last entry and thus invisible each time you open the window

IMO the flag name is the most important item of this list, as it is used to select (and center in map/telescope) what is in there, so I'd suggest moving it to the first table column. Also, maybe the help text could be converted to a tooltip to reduce the size a bit?
