EKOS's guider already measures the SNR, and the analyses already measures star counts. Does anyone know how I can use either of those data points to pause imaging if the SNR or star count drops suddenly (usually caused by clouds). This drop is often not enough to stop the guider, but certainly enough to lower the quality of the resulting images. It would be nice to set a value and have the imaging pause and then resume when the sky clears. The CCD imager module already does this - but often I see the SNR drops a lot and the RMS is still tracking well, so we need a separate factor to monitor.
