Pasi Sarkkinen created a new topic ' ASA DDM60Pro' in the forum. 7 years ago

Hi,

I'm looking to replace my old and now busted Skywatcher HEQ5Pro mount with propably an ASA DDM60Pro.

Can't find any info if it's working in ekos/indi allready? If not, is it possible to get a driver written for it when the time comes?

Also would be a good idea to list specific mounts working with each driver on the driver pages, now they have very limited amount of info regarding working mounts if any.

yup, everything seems to be working now, thanks.

ok, will update and test next time i'm at observatory.

Qt 5.5.1 (käännetty versiolla 5.5.1)
xcb-ikkunointijärjestelmä
INDI Library: 1.3.1
Code $Rev$. Protocol 1.7.

Moravian CCD not connecting anymore. Seems that the indi driver detects camera but ekos can't establish connection to it.

Hi,

I made a clean install and just started tessting things.

Telescope position was way of in kstars so i run solver and synced, but telecope position didn't update. It's still way of, solution coordinates are ok but they didn't get updated to telescope coordinates.

Installed from ppa
INDI Library: 1.2.0
Kstars Versio 2.6.0

Hi,

Sorry for delayed reply.

I have had no acces to camera during this summer but will soon so i can check.
I happened to look into some of my old notes today and found VID:1618 PID 6004 for QHY8L.
Can't really be sure before i get to camera but maybe, just maybe this helps.

Darkness will be upon us here at 65N in a few weeks so will be back to imaging :woohoo:

Doesn't really matter to me but something is not right with QHY indi driver.

Indiduino focuser is a simple and low cost focuser to build.
Unfortunately it has been left behind and does not provide means to control it from ekos (you can focus from control panel only), hense autofocus doesn't work.

I have just updated my arduino to Arduino Moonlite Focuser with only few simple steps. Haven't tested autofocus yet, but from Ekos focus in and focus out works, so i'm guessing autofocus will work too.

If you have already build your indiduino focuser you can just:

1. Get arduino sketch from this topic here
2. Open sketch with arduino IDE and change stepperPin, dirPin and powerPin to what you have already used propably pins 7, 8 an 9
3. upload to arduino
4. Enjoy

I will update here when i have tested autofocus funtions

Also updated My Indiduino based focuser to Arduino MoonLite Focuser so autofocus should now be working?

Hi,
I have tested driver and it works on raspberry pi 2.
Also send screencaps to Jasem via email.
Only problem is that there are some button icons missing when connectin locally from Ekos.
