I traced it down and found that the problem lies in /lib/aarch64-linux-gnu/libqhyccd.so.20.

I managed to dig out an earlier version of this file from QHYCCD's website:
www.qhyccd.com/html/test_version/

This one seems to be the latest one there for AARCH64:
www.qhyccd.com/file/repository/latestSof...yccd_V20191115_0.tgz

I replaced the libqhyccd.so.20.12.2 with libqhyccd.so.6.0.5 in the package above, this solved the problem, my QHY5L-II is up and running but I wonder if there is a more recent working version for AARCH64?
