Yes, that is the driver package. And it contains

/usr/bin/asi_camera_test
/usr/bin/indi_asi_ccd
/usr/bin/indi_asi_focuser
/usr/bin/indi_asi_st4
/usr/bin/indi_asi_wheel

Note, in your manual start you had also used indi_asi_ccd, not indi_asi ;)
