after some thinkering i have a more stable situation:
- I guide with PHD2
-i changed added to the /usr/boot/conf.txt
dwc_otg.fiq_enable=1 dwc_otg.fiq_fsm_enable=1 dwc_otg.fiq_fsm_mask=0x3
