Yes I have noticed this issue too.
Unfortunately setting the "Non-Linear Histogram" option when using Native or Fits capture with a DSLR still results in a histogram with a 0-255 X-axis range.

Another bug I noticed also is when using my ZWO 294 or 183 and capturing in FITS mode as normal, with the "Single Preview Tab" enabled, the histogram does not update between new exposures.

I noticed this change since 3.5.3 and 3.5.4/3.5.5. It was working as you would expect in v3.5.3.

Hope we can track down the source of these two bugs.
