I tested some deep sky imaging with the SV305M Pro last night.
29 x 5 min subs, gain at 110.
SV503 70/420 + 0.8 FF
H-Alpha 12nm (Moon at 92%)
Max delta is 25°C below ambiant temperature.
Stable delta is about 20°C.
"Hot" capture is at 22°C
"Cold" capture is at -1°C

Let me show you my SV305 Pro F (F stands for "Frankenstein"), my cooled SV305 Pro.
Your error is a bug from the previous SDK. It as been fixed since.
It looks like a library/package conflict issue.
I think you have the old broken version (standard package installation ?) and the one working installed side by side.
But sadly, your setup uses the wrong one.
Try to identify the old packages, and to remove it.
It could be an INDI lib and INDI 3rd party binary version missmatch.
Are you sure INDI and INDI 3rd party are both up to date ?
Right, in your ser file, frame size fields are empty (0).
I can't reproduce the issue, with both the 1.2.6 (actually available in your launchpad) and the 1.2.9 (my last version) versions.

You have the SV305 Pro (color), not the SV305M Pro (mono), right ?
Which version of the driver do you have ?
On Intel or on Arm ?
I noticed that some settings (ROI, Binning and gain) don't apply to LiveView, unless you trigger a normal capture before.
Could you push the gain at max, and record a couple of frame in a ".ser" file ?
Could you also send me the driver logs ?

Are you sure you have cfitsio-dev and indi-dev installed ?

SV305M Pro, full spectrum on a Mak 127/1900, no barlow.
Full spectrum imaging on a not fully reflective telescope, low in the sky isn't a good idea, lol !
