Hi Kurt, sounds like your having some good success with it all so far. I’m still trying to get the later version to recognise my Zwo camera. Probably some setting or driver issue that I’m overlooking. I can still run 3.4.3 so I’m not totally without a working programme.
Hi Chris, I will give that a go in the next couple of days, thanks for the suggestion.
What version KStars?
Curious, what platform are you running on?
MacOS? Windows? Linux? etc
I have seen several posts, some old and some new regarding Skyris cameras but have had no final solutions or a "yes they can work" or "no they are not supported".
Can someone clarify,
Do the Skyris cameras work on Ekos?
If yes, which driver is to be used?
If no, will there be a solution or are they considered obsolete for the KStars/Ekos software?
Thank you all in advance, Richard.
This is great news, thank you Jasem for the quick response. Hope he is enjoying its features!
So I just need to purchase the SM+? Or do I also need the Ikarus Technologies Mount USB Cable (iOptron)?
Thanks for the response, I’m looking more into this and if I find a solution or get nearer to a solution, I will certainly pass on the info.
I’m currently running the iOptron CEM70g and am considering using Stellarmate Plus for a completely wireless connection.
My question is, does any have, tried or heard of anyone making a successful connection?
If not, does anyone have an opinion on whether it will work?
The CEM70g has got a powered Usb3 hub and WiFi built in. However the WiFi will only allow for wireless mount control only and not any devices attached to the hub hence my considering using Stellarmate Plus.
Thank you all in advance
I have a Skyris 132c that I’d like to use on Ekos. Did you find a solution to this?
