opening the remote location with the login of astroberry/astroberry and the file having no special characters give the same results
Hi folks. After my first somewhat successful night of imaging I finally have something to process. However, the various ways I have tried to transfer the files have failed. I have tried moving them to a linux based file server on my network and also transferring them directly to my windows pc. After moving the files I can not open them in windows due to permission errors even though I thought I set them to have access by everyone.
Would anyone have any ideas on what I need to change to be able to open/edit the image files?
Error opening over network
It seems the reported name in the post above is the same for several generic camera boards using the Sony IMX290 color version. I have a version purchased on Aliexpress with a product name of "2mp Camera module"
Reported Name: '0c45:6366 Microdia ', Common Name: Generic USB Camera Module IMX290
Pixel size 2.9um x 2.9um
Using the INDI webcam driver, there is no access to adjust this cameras settings (brightness, contrast, gamma, gain, etc.) but will give a looping feed in Ekos for guiding. If selecting V4L2 CCD the settings are available but there is no image when trying to use it under Ekos.
Hi folks. I'm trying to get a new setup running and am having an issue with the guidecam.
I'm using a 3d printed opensource guide scope with a Sony IMX290 based board which should be capable of 1920x1080 connected to a Pi4 running Astroberry. If using the INDI-Webcam driver I get an image from the camera, however, most settings are unavailable to change in the INDI control panel such as video size which is locked at 640x480, pixel size, output format (YUV vs MJPEG), etc. While some dropdown boxes are available, clicking them does nothing.
I've tried this camera using the V4L2 CCD driver and all options are listed with their values and can be selected, however there is no video and that driver crashes when trying to use this camera. I've been told the INDI-Webcam is the correct driver to use.
This camera works under windows when using PHD2 so I believe the hardware is working properly.
Is there a way to select which values can be changed in the driver settings?
