I am also having this issue with my ASI 2600MC Pro. I can take 1 or 2 sec exposures with out any issue even setup a sequence.

I then tried 5 sec and it keeps failing.

May I ask what you mean "initialed" download and install or just deleted configuration? What libraries are you referring to? I am on Stellarmate 1.5.5.
