I'd like to second that. I've been using 3.5.7 & 8 on Ubuntu 20.04 quite a bit recently and the stability is amazing!
Managed my first MF last night and the only issue is that (now that it works for me) the amp glow is now on the other side after the flip 
Feels really solid. Well done team.
