Hamel created a new topic ' INDI crashes. QHY and ZWO CCDs not connecting.' in the forum. 2 years ago

Pardon me if this has been discussed before. When I run Ekos.I immediately get a message "Indilib has crashed" Followed by "QHY (or ZWO} not connected". If I run lsusb in terminal both cameras are recognized. I'm sure some type of log needs to be posted but not sure how to do that. Pretty new to Linux. Can anyone give some advice how to troubleshoot this?
