Hi,
i am running with astroberry 2.0.4 on raspbery pi 4 (4Gb).
i have Sony a6500 DSLR as my main camera. The camera set in Manual -> BLUB mode.

When i am using other software like APT or Sharpcap, the exposure on my camera is fully controlled by the SW. it is actualy updateting the exposure on camera and waiting for the image to be received.
In case of INDI, looks like the only option to control the exposure is BLUB, which is limited by 1/10 sec minimal exposure. i guess it is because of communication protocols latency?
If i will swith the camera to any but not BLUB exposure, the exposure defined directly on my camera will be used.
When i switch the camera to BLUB, I can enter/select any vaues for the exposure in INDI [DSLR tab]->[Main Control]->[Presets or Expose], but the actual exposure time will not go down than 1/10.
i saw different posts on this on the forum (about Flat frames, and BLUB settings etc), but noone of these helped to get the actual exposure time controled by INDI and lower than 1/10.

When disabling the BLUB mode in INDI, it loosing the connection to the camera and i have to restart the application or drivers.

There are actually some predefined exposure list (1/8000, 1/4000 ..etc) available for non-bulb cases which you select from. I presume these are also not working for you? In my Canon 600D, I can easily pick either one (long bulb or short predefined exposure) and it works smoothly, so I guess it depends on camera manufacturer and model support.

Thank you Jasem for quick reply, yes, in my case i do can select the predefined options, but final result will be the same.
if i have BULB enabled on camera and in INDI, i will get up to 1/10 sec exposure.
if i am not using BULB in camera, i will get the exposure defined manualy in the camera.
if BULB disabled in INDI and in camera, the camera will try to take the picture and then something happening with INDI and it disconnecting from camera, so i have to restart its Sony-DSLR driver to connect it back ...
looks like it is sending some wrong command to the camera and as result one of two doing reset...

I hope there is solution for that....
