feature request for controlling rotator

feature request for controlling rotator was created by Ray

At the moment we can change the rotator angle and have the FOV window show this new angle. Would it be possible to do the reverse of this. That is to have a control to visibly change the FOV window angle and have the rotator rotate to match?
