I am interested in Imaging and Exoplanet Transits. The main difference is for some Exoplanet observations with relatively bright stars the image is put slightly out of focus to prevent pixel saturation whilst maintaining a reasonable integration time.
Because re-focussing can be triggered by several settings set in different dialogs, is it possible to save the EKOS configurable settings and re-apply them at a later time. Job files hold a few settings. If I open a job file in a later session does this re-set all the EKOS settings to match the job. For example if focus after meridian flip is false and I load a job with it set to true, does this change for the current session?
