50 images saved over itself! A night wasted

I was looking at my images that were taken and noticed that while my blue and Lum filters are all fine - I only had ONE green image when I was expecting 50!
I looked at the analysis and all is fine until it changes filter to green - and then the images all saved over the first green image. Over and over - for 2 1/2 hours.
It never alerted me that an image was writing over a previous one. WTF?
And when it changed to LUM - they all saved fine. Has anyone seen this before?

Peter,

You should do a search of the issues, this has been covered a number of times.

I added the Tine / Date in the FORMAT section of the capture module. This gives each image a TIME/DATE on it's filename.

No need to add timestamp. Do you have any logs from that night?
