I'm having some trouble connecting with my Android tablet when using NordVPN. All my other devices work find (PCs, iPhones).
I use this address to connect:
PC: http://192.168.0.173:6080/vnc.html
FYI... I use \\192.168.0.173\Pictures To create a shortcut on my PC Desktop so that I can move the images to my PC.
I used to use: stellarmate.local:6080/vnc.html ...before installing NordVPN, but now the direct IP is the only thing that works (except for the Android Tablet).
You should probably not run VPNs when connecting to Stellarmate/Astroberry.
1. The VPN tunnels all your traffic to a public egress point, so through the VPN you can only connect to public Internet resources, so not being able to access your Stellarmate when connected should be considered a good thing (if it worked then something would be very wrong).
2. Is there a setting in NordVPN to allow local network resources, or perhaps a network exclusion / split tunneling list? If so you should probably set 192.168.0.0/24 as one of those networks.
