The past few nights have been VERY frustrating, unable to finish the guiding calibration in Ekos. It failed on the DEC, every single time no matter what guiding settings I was using.
Got so pissed off that I removed the OAG as I can get pin point stars to at least 5 min exposure time on the CEM25p.
But... I've found a post here about someone having similar guiding issues with a CEM40 mount and also a post on the Cloudynights forum about a mechanical issue instead of a software issue.
ie: a DEC loose belt...

Well, my mount was also suffering from this so I took care of it today. It only takes 2~3 min to resolve.


I'll try the guiding again maybe this evening or tomorrow.
