EQMod Mount driver crashing on starting EKOS was created by Michael Moir

Sorry if this is an old problem. I am just getting started with my new HEQ5 mount using a direct connection. I have updated to KStars 3.6.6 and Stellarmate 1.7.9. On starting up EKOS, the EQMod Mount driver crashes. This occurs whether or not the mount is actually connected with the EQDirect cable. Using the SynScan driver does not result in a crash. Does anyone have any hints as to what I am doing wrong?

It appears that I needed to do a second update of Stellarmate that loaded a smaller number of files. Sorry for the disruption!
