Request: Scheduler takes into account manually accompliished tasks

Often times when I'm working on EKOS, I need to troubleshoot before I start a schedule. However, scheduler is 'dumb' to what happens manually. It would be nice if events like 'focus' and 'alignment' where a globally tracked asset so that if it's already been accomplished, the scheduler skips over it until the next commanded time.

For instance, if I start a focus manually, it knows when it focused last; but scheduler just does it again because it's 'stupid'. I have my focus routine setup to take into account temp and a time.

For alignment, I imagine it could cross reference the coordinates and if within the tolerances expected, it would skip that portion..
