then "git tag" returns : v2.6.8dev
and git fetch --unshallow
returns
fatal: --unshallow on a complete repository does not make sense

Try delete build-indi-3rdparty directory and run again. Seems like initial configuration failed for some reason. If that doesn't help delete all build-* directories.
