I have some issue or misunderstandinf with fits viewer on Ekos.
In fact for a file Bias captured with Ekos, i don't have same value depending on file viewer used.
see doc attached
In Ekos sigma is more or less 12 when in Siril & Asi Viewer the result is arround 6 ( Ekos /2 )
is it the same for youi ?

Vera,

I took a look and, at least for the image I tested with, KStars was getting very close values for mean and stddev as compared to what PixInsight. However, I did think the code could be simplified and made more exact, so I put in this MR for a slight improvement for the next release in a couple of weeks. invent.kde.org/education/kstars/-/merge_requests/1117

In any case, if you post a link the to the image you're having issues with, I can take a look at it.

Hi sorry for that but i just saw that I was using "auto debayer " option on Indi setup.
so now without this option i 'm getting very close values.
But why if i use " Auto Debayer" option we get the double of the value obtained without for each channel.

weird ?
regards
