I have an Ioptron Smarteq Pro Plus mount and I connect my mount on my Stellarmate.
I cannot connect it. Always timeout errors or failed to connect error

I could connect my Mount to my Windows PC trought my USB-Serial adapter without any problem and also with Stellarium

So where is the problem? Did someone solve it? Is it possible to control an Ioptron Smarteq Mount via Stellarmate?

What firmware version is the controller running? Have you tried running it with iOptron v3 driver as well?

My controller HC 8408 has 190422 newer one, I just updated today by my Serial RJ9 - USB (Prolific driver) Adapter

I think I tried also iOptron v3 on the list but I will try again

I tried also iOptron V3 without any results, I don't know how to solve, cable is ok cause I update HC firmware with it on a Windows laptop.

Any suggestion?
