New Mosaic Planner bug

The new mosaic planner is nearly perfect. Thank you developers.
I just noticed an issue with naming the mosaic and setting a destination path. When the name field is used, it will overwrite the destination path to create a folder in the default user home directory instead of the path I entered.
I think it should be creating the named folder into the destination path I choose. And a way to specify the default path would be great too.

Thank you for the report Andrew. It's fixed now in KStars v3.6.0 Beta.

I have found one more thing to improve.
The Mosaic frame on the sky map does not disappear on its own when the planner is closed. It does go away if I try to open the planner again, but the first click doesn't reopen it. A second click does bring it back though.

Thanks again.

That's not a bug, it's supposed to remain drawn on the skymap even after you close the dialog.

I also found this somewhat irritating, as there's no obvious way to remove it from the sky map. OTOH I also agree it's often wanted to keep it visible when the planner is closed. Would it be doable to have a small 'X' somewhere on the preview for closing?

You can toggle it from the toolbar.

Aah! That's nice indeed. Will (or is) that (be) active/visible in the default configuration? I wouldn't even have thought about looking for it in the toolbar config :-o

But I think there's a minor bug there: I had created a mosaic view, and closed the control window, The skymap display was on. Clicking the button in the toolbar then removed the skymap display. Good. Clicking it again activated both the skymap display, and opened the control window. Also good. Clicking a third time would (again) remove the skymap display, but keep the control window open. And if I then click once more, it would activate the skymap display, and open a second control window. Guess that is asking for trouble...

I can confirm Peter's observation. Using the Mosaic Panel button from the toolbar or scheduler will open multiple mosaic planner windows.
