3.6.1, manual filter, & resume after focus

I have started using 3.6.1 running on ubuntu 22.04 and have encountered two issues with different setups.

I have one rig with a OSC QHY268C that I have setup with manual filter so I can select the filter I put in the drawer and have it saved in the FITS header. With the switch to image train I put the manual filter in the filter wheel slot but in the CCD panel the choices configured in the indi control panel do not show up. IT no longer seems to work as it did in prior versions

The second rig is running with q QHY600M and filter wheel and a nitecrawler focuser. When I start a run of H acquisition is seems to focus fine the first time. I have it setup with L filter lock and filter offsets, it focuses with L, then switches to H and applies the offset and starts acquiring H images. After the temperature changes by more than the -1C limit setting it refocuses, switching the L, focusing, switching back to H, applying the offset. But it doesn't resume - the CCD panel indicates Focus complete but nothing happens - the log was not set to verbose and indicates nothing also:

I left it running overnight with verbose logging on focus and capture. It did one successful fcous run and resumed and after the second focus run stopped. Nothing in the log to indicate why, the CCD capture aborted was sunrise...:

Hi Thomas,
it looks like capturing got stuck after the focus procedure. The aborted capture I guess is the result of the scheduler aborting due to twilight.

I did a dry run with simulators but there temperature triggered focusing works fine.

Could you check if you could reproduce the problem with the focus simulator?

You are correct, capture module stops dead after successful focus then nothing happens until the abort at dawn. It runs OK if I disable temperature limit and setup to run a 1 hour job with a focus at the start repeating. It always starts capturing after focus initiated by the scheduler vs temperature limit. Clouds coming in so will have some time to try messing with simulator.
