KStars latest nightlies for Windows - no DSS overlay

KStars latest nightlies for Windows - no DSS overlay was created by maxthebuilder

For about a month now there're no DSS overlays in KStars for Windows nightly releases.
Is this a bug? Am I missing a check-box somewhere? Or are they disabled on purpose?

Tested on Windows without issues. Check DSS overlay settings, are they set to offline?

Yes, they are set to offline. Used to work just fine.
I was able to toggle the overlays on/off easily.

Now if they are set to off-line / enabled and I disable them -
to turn them back ON I need to first set them to on-line and enable
then go back to settings and set to off-line.
Too much clicking.

I installed the official release of KStars 3.6.7 Stable for Windows.
The overlays do work but same as before (started about a month ago, around the time when Image Overlays were introduced).

-- DSS overlays available offline and selected in options
-- DSS overlays shown in KStars
-- If I toggle off overlays, the only way to enable them back is to go and first disable offline mode, enable overlays and enable offline mode.
-- on Mele Stellarmate X (and previously on Windows client) I can just toggle the overlays on and off.

When DSS Offline source is enabled, all the overlay options are grayed out, so I am unable to toggle any overlays.
Used to work seamlessly.
