Hi guys,

Is it possible to know beforehand how many degrees the rotator would move according to a particular fit file without doing a load and slew from ekos?

Can you expatiate a bit more on the occasion where you want to use such a feature?

to avoid tilt. I have an electronic rotator and I experience some tilt at certain positions (not too critical), and probably rotating by 180d the camera I would get rid off it. So for example I experience some tilt at 300d but not at 120, preserving the same framing

Hi Miguel
In case of you haven't already noticed: FITSViewer has now the ability to solve a loaded image! Sometimes the solver does not get the right parameters (scale, position) right from the start. The just reopen the viewer and it should have the correct parameters.
I think that is the tool your were looking for. :) A small calculation with the current camera offset leads to the raw angle.
