Stellarmate X: how to change system language? was created by JuergenN

Hi all,
yesterday I baught a licence for Stellarmate X. Installation was no problem, test under hopefully clear sky will be tonight.

One question: I can change the language of Kstars to german, no problem. But changing the SYSTEM language is not possible, the buttons are greyed out. Can someone give advice to install German as system language?

SM X is using KDE OS.
Can you please try to follow this tutorial link given below:

That was not possible. I also tried to install the german language package but that was also not possible. Still the same output.

Due to that and the annoying glitchy desktop when using it over VNC I changed back to my old system: Ubuntu 22.04 and Kstars via ppa from Jasem. Here there are no glitches (same PC and same MiniPC) and the language can be set to german...
