Sorry naugustin,
I would ask you, if you connects the EQM 35 Pro Synscan to the raspberry using the usb cable. Which setting do you use in ekos? EQMOD or any other?

Sorry, I just did see your question. Yes, I set the mount to EQMod Mount and that works just fine.

Did you tried to use the Syncscan connected via the usb cable?

Yes. I assume you´re using the Ikarus Technologies Mount USB Cable (EQDir HEQ5,EQ3,EQ8,EQ5) ?
The hand controller is removed and I connect the RasPi directly with the SynScan box.
