I have an issue using PlateSolving with my 10“Flextube Dobsonian. When the mount gets fairly close to the desired destination (let’s say off by a 1000) and it is trying to slew closer to the center, more often than not, it wont get considerably closer to the center even after 10 or more iterations... Accuracy is set to 200.The only thing I could think of causing this issue is poor backlash settings (currently set to: 22 arc sec on alt and az) but playing around with the numbers didn’t give me better results...

Any ideas?

is this on the first target? using which INDI driver?

Im using Skywatcher Alt Az driver 1.2, Indi 1.8.8. It appears to me that it applies to all targets.
