Enhance FOV symbols

Enhance FOV symbols was created by Picard

A very important feature (for me), is the fov symbols. I have 10 fov symbols defined that i use all time.

If you could enhance the fov symbols :

- with the name of fov near to the box (with proportionnality of the police)
- with the capability to rotate directly on screen (like the camera on the telescope)
