Since, I done a lot of investigations and I remembered that have had a similar problem due to .... /etc/hosts !!! For a unknown reason i had changed the localhost ip address without impact in ubuntu 20.04. I just change my localhost address to 127.0.0.1 into hosts file and all work fine now.
