I will test it again tonight!
I had it a few weeks ago! (we have communicated via email (last mail19.12.), if optec contacted you about your email, etc.)
Yes it works only the find home position didn't work!
I am so far that I can send you the access data. Where can I send them to you?
ok, I will contact you as soon as the system is reachable. (has also set up dyndns)
I will set up a PC, which distribution should I install?
Yes I have this rotator.
How am I to make it accessible to you? What do you need exactly?
I own an Optec Pyxis Camera Field Rotator,
Are there plans to support this in indi?
Enclosed is the technical manual (4.3 communications Protocol)
At 7:07 www.youtube.com/watch?v=OwhifHeay-I is to see how the rotator in theskyx is used, would be very interesting for kstars!
if I like to start the INDI Web Manager, I get this error:
Parsing XML file: /usr/share/indi/indi_tess.xml
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "./servermanager.py", line 4, in <module>
from parsedrivers import driversList
File "/home/krueckel/Daten/Programme/Astronomie/INDI_Astronomical_Control_Protocol/INDI Web Manager/indiwebmanager-master/servermanager/parsedrivers.py", line 35, in <module>
family = group.attrib
My solution is to add 3. Lines to the xml file:
at the top:
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
and at the bottom:
I add this at this xml files:
after this modifications, the Manager starts.
I hope my modifications are correct! As far as I can see, it works all right.
