Hi, sorry for my late reply. Saving the driver (MyFocuserPro2) configuration did not worked, the reverse direction setting is inside the focuser.
I fixed this issue by switching wires of the stepper motor and everything works fine now.
I had to reverse direction because I have a 3:1 ratio belt drive:
