Hi everyone, short feedback:
Yesterday I flashed the 1.8 image to a usb ssd and the rpi4 started without any problems from that ssd.
Even the rtc modul was recognized :)
Regards
Stefan

Hi. What about phd2? Does this distribution AstroAtch include phd2 already? If yes, what is the version? Thank you.

>You must flash the new image to have it working, you cannot update from 1.7

Given that this is the case, what would you recommend as a procedure for saving/restoring existing configuration? I have added a few things not included in Astroarch and would just as soon not lose them.

Thanks.

Mostly stuff having nothing to do with AstroArch per se like a password manager so I can use the browser and log onto a few sites. Screen color preferences (I don't like the defaults on the old version). Maybe one or two other things that I've forgotten since I haven't used the rig in a couple of months.

Not sure, I would suggest to backup the config files (if any) of the programs you added and configured and move them over to the new version.
For the colors I am not sure, I am confident plasma stores its config somewhere but I need to look it up asi have no idea where that file is
