Support for Raspberry Pi Camera Module V3

Has anyone had any experience using the new Raspberry Pi Camera Module V3? The indi driver, indi-rpicam, says it only supports up to the HQ ("High Quality") version, but V3 is newer and supposed to be a lot better.

Apologies if this has been asked before, but I couldn't find anything relevant with the search

Thanks in advance,
Matt

Hi Matt, welcome to INDI forums.

It's supposed to be supported by the new INDI Libcamera driver. However, this driver is still in beta and not sure how well this camera works with it. Basically, INDI RPIcam is obsolete and no longer used after Raspberry PI folks switched over to libcamera.

I think indi_pylibcamera supports the CM3.
