Hello everyone.! I am a new owner of Starmate. After creating a profile and trying to connect my Canon 550d, I receive an error as in the attached photo, I cannot connect to the camera in any way. I will add that the camera works on Windows with other programs. I also have Heq5 and Asi120 in my profile, these devices work properly. I will be very grateful for your advice. Thank you

Did you go over the DSLR documentation ? It lists all the possible issues.
