canon 6d set up file time issue

canon 6d set up file time issue was created by daniel albaugh

Help with set up for canon 6d. Set up and everything is working great, auto focus, plate solving. however when I went to stack images deep sky stacker registers 120 second images as 1 second images. Also the resolution does not seem any where near what I was seeing with BackYard EOS. Any help would be appreciated. Has to be a set up issue
