Hi Gord,

The fix is merged so if you are able to build from code yourself you can take the latest Kstars/ekos. If not, it will be in the next nightly builds and the 3.6.8 release early December.

Thanks John I'm on Stellarmate X so I suspect building from source won't be terribly healthy overall, the switch to beta builds doesn't seem to be working so I put a ticket in to see if I can get swung over to nightly builds. I'll let you know how I make out!

UPDATE: Jasem says "We will release KStars in a couple of days (Dec 1st) so you won't have to wait long. For now, the SMX Beta channel is disabled pending updates on the server side" so I'll wait til Dec 1 to test - looks like a string of cloiudy weather coming up alas so hopefully it'll clear up. Luckily this time of year clouds = warm, clear = -35C so can't say I'm too unhappy to get another week of 0-ish temps!

Downloaded 1.8.0 this morning and tried out the filter focus fix, success! Thanks very much John!
