PPA install not possible on fresh Ubuntu 23.10

This is a totally fresh install of Ubuntu 23.10.
I get this error on installation.
dokeeffe@main:~$ sudo apt-get install indi-full kstars-bleeding
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree... Done
Reading state information... Done

requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable

 indi-full : Depends: indi-qsi but it is not installable
             Depends: indi-toupbase but it is not installable

Wondering if the suggested fix is ok?

sudo apt-get -o Dpkg::Options::="--force-overwrite" install libindi1

Looks like libqsi was not built for 23.10. I just triggered a build.

I was thinking I should stick to an LTS version but went we 23.10 :-)
